I was doin' better but now I'm not so well
I was doin' better but now I'm not so well
It's time to leave, the time has come
Well it's time to leave, the time has come
Maybe you and I could hang around and watch TV
Maybe you and I could play some 45's til 3
Maybe someday you might speak to me again
Maybe someday, maybe Sunday
I was doin' better but now I'm not so well
I was doin' better but now I feel like shit
It's time to leave, the time has come
Well it's time to leave, the time has come
Maybe you and I could hang around and watch TV
Maybe you and I could play some 45's til 3
Maybe someday you might speak to me again
Maybe someday, maybe Sunday

What an amazing album. A sad and devastating story told triumphantly. A wonderful mix of atmosphere, electronic signatures and as usual, well crafted lyrics. Another gem! Daniel Mayes
First heard this EP way back on Napster, before it was picked up by Chairkickers, and obtaining it legally was nigh impossible. For years I proselytized the good word of Kid Dakota, made friends copies, bought it as gifts, put it on mix cds, ect. Just found out this was on vinyl, as I was on graveface's bandcamp to buy something else. Can't wait to get my hands on it. Hope they release The West is the Future next. John
